Well isn't this a lovely surprise!When I went to the mailbox today I found an extra something special stuffed in with the bills and sales fliers...something so much better.
As I stood at our kitchen table unwrapping my treat I couldn't help but revel in the tiny details of an unexpected gift.
The gift is from my dear Aunt Carol on the west coast and the card said simply...happy spring.
I really wish she had been there to see it...

What a great gift in honor of cutting Mother Nature some slack.
